Dr. Connie also helped me in 2003 with my severe pollen allergies (I was allergic to all flowers, grasses and trees). In short, after 7 years of allergy shots, daily prescription pill and steroid nasal spray, the manufacturer of the pill discontinued it. I tried a few other Rx pills that caused insomnia, headaches and acne. A friend suggested I try Dr. Connie. She gave me a couple of supplements and informed me of a diet change, basically low glycemic. Amazingly, as a result, I have been cured since of my year round pollen allergies. The bonus was my exercise induced asthma also disappeared. A few years into the diet change, I tried high intensity exercise without using my inhaler. I have not used an inhaler since then.

I will continue using Dr. Connie as my primary doctor. I will continue with maintenance IV vitamin C therapy with Dr. Marcel to keep cancer from returning.

  2018 was a particularly stressful and challenging year due to a very difficult and sad loss in January and to a largely self-inflicted fear-based-rumination about the future which totally disrupted... Read more my sleep patterns. I was waking up at 3 or 3:30am with a pounding heart and fully wide awake, as though it was time to get up, unable tor return to sleep. This went on for months. Having tried a ridiculous number of sleep supplements to no avail, I came across Elijah Free's Cortisol-Ease and began taking it. However, I was also experiencing intense post-menopausal night sweats which were also keeping me awake as well as numerous hot flashes during the day so I contacted Elijah about taking Cortisol-Ease and Meno-Ease concurrently. I took them both as directed 3 times a day and occasionally some Cortisol-Ease in the middle of the night. That combination in conjunction with some extra magnesium supplementation and cutting out all the other supplements enabled me to return to a reasonable circadian rhythm. Now, if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I am generally able to return to sleep in 10-15 minutes instead of lying awake all night!!!
