Read more my sleep patterns. I was waking up at 3 or 3:30am with a pounding heart and fully wide awake, as though it was time to get up, unable tor return to sleep. This went on for months. Having tried a ridiculous number of sleep supplements to no avail, I came across Elijah Free's Cortisol-Ease and began taking it. However, I was also experiencing intense post-menopausal night sweats which were also keeping me awake as well as numerous hot flashes during the day so I contacted Elijah about taking Cortisol-Ease and Meno-Ease concurrently. I took them both as directed 3 times a day and occasionally some Cortisol-Ease in the middle of the night. That combination in conjunction with some extra magnesium supplementation and cutting out all the other supplements enabled me to return to a reasonable circadian rhythm. Now, if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I am generally able to return to sleep in 10-15 minutes instead of lying awake all night!!!

Dr. Connie also helped me in 2003 with my severe pollen allergies (I was allergic to all flowers, grasses and trees). In short, after 7 years of allergy shots, daily prescription pill and steroid nasal spray, the manufacturer of the pill discontinued it. I tried a few other Rx pills that caused insomnia, headaches and acne. A friend suggested I try Dr. Connie. She gave me a couple of supplements and informed me of a diet change, basically low glycemic. Amazingly, as a result, I have been cured since of my year round pollen allergies. The bonus was my exercise induced asthma also disappeared. A few years into the diet change, I tried high intensity exercise without using my inhaler. I have not used an inhaler since then.
